Above all, the professional IT infrastructure ensures that Document Service Center is available to you 24/7. VPN solutions allow us to connect to our clients quickly and reliably. We have numerous DTP programs and versions, both PC- and Mac-based. We are in constant contact with the main software manufacturers and, if necessary, can program our own tools, etc. for preparing and reworking documents. A modern IT management system ensures that your data is secure. Redundancy plays a major role with our servers. Complex monitoring mechanisms protect against all types of malware and can constantly indicate whether the systems are functioning properly. This is all made possible by our IT department. Highly-qualified computer scientists work in our computer centre and are available around the clock. At the same time, our administrators and programmers ensure that our staff have the right software for all client needs.
