The main framework of our company is provided by the managing directors, accounts and IT sections. The translation projects are coordinated by experienced project managers who use a pool of qualified translators and publishers. An individual team is put together for each project. The close proximity of everyone involved allows decisions to be made quickly. We take pride in our motivated teams in a lively working atmosphere of staff cooperation, the freedom to make certain decisions themselves and personalised training. That is good for us and, above all, good for our clients.

Our project managers are the link between the client and our employees and are on hand when required to give advice. They coordinate the internal workflow, are responsible for qua­li­ty assurance and make sure that procedures are constantly upgraded.

Our translators translate documents into their native language only – because only native speakers have a reliable command of the stylistic nuances, idioms and grammatical par­ti­cularities of their language. The translators at DSC have an appropriate university de­gree and/or many years of professional experience. Besides having specialist skills, our trans­la­tors are also familiar with the latest translation technology.

Our publishing professionals have a background in media design, technical editing, foreign language typesetting and multimedia. We can work with almost any source formats. We also generate client-specific style guides or multimedia target formats in the corporate design of our clients. Specialised proofreaders perform the final typographic inspection of the documents.
