Quality in the field of technical communication means that the correct information always reaches the correct people, and in a form that they understand. Hence, we shape our services to match these requirements exactly.

The requirements described in DIN EN 15038 quality standard, are a means to fulfilling these aims. This standard, directed specifically at translation processes, stipulates three crucial elements for producing quality translations:

• binding agreements between the client and the translation company,
• a qualified team of translators, editors and project managers, and
• efficiently-structured work processes with the appropriate technological support.

With quality and cost presenting conflicting priorities, our modular quality assurance system allows our clients to attain their quality objectives efficiently.

Specific quality assurance tools can be selected and applied to fit in with the exact quality requirements, which means that costs are only incurred where they are necessary. As a result of this modular system, we are able to work more effectively with our clients’ staff who are involved in the project, for example, to edit the translations for the subsidiaries.
