In-house concept

Short decision routes for the best results

For us, active teamwork means more than just sending a piece of paper through various departments. The in-house principle – where project teams are put together comprising translators and publishers working in our office – underpins cooperation between the various staff members involved in a project.
The trust built up amongst colleagues is indeed the mark of a successful team.

We utilise the specialist knowledge of our translation, publishing and IT staff during each stage of your project. Multilingual projects with their various target languages are particularly effective at boosting the spirit of cooperation among the translators involved, i.e. when they work together to clarify questions of content, for example.

The fact that the staff are close at hand is particularly advantageous when a project is being planned. Direct communication and a constant overview of a project’s current status ensure that the agreed quality objectives and deadlines can be adhered to – even when unforeseen difficulties occur, e.g. an employee falling ill.

At DSC, your data is in safe hands. The in-house approach enables specific safety requirements to be performed, both in terms of the confidentiality and availability of your data. A sophisticated data backup system with graduated backup strategies is an additional security measure for our clients. Centralised IT services also minimise administration expenditure and keep costs in check. We are therefore able to combine quality and flexibility on the one hand and confidentiality and transparency on the other.
